Order tracking system for the Localiza Meoo app

Content creation for Localiza Meoo's order tracking system, available in the app. The implementation of the system helped to reduce the volume of calls at the call center and increased the NPS of the car delivery journey.

Study project. During the 15 days of the daily UX Writing challenge, I created examples of content for push notifications, modals and promotional screens. Here are short examples and simple explanations for the choices made, if you want to check out my writing in different scenarios.

Accessibility

Accessibility checklist based on NBR 17225

Personal project. I created an accessibility checklist with the requirements and recommendations of the technical norm NBR 17225, launched on March 11, 2025. The standard is a milestone in the fight for accessibility Brazil, and I created the checklist was to make it easier to get to grips with the content and application of the guidelines. Poetic audio description

A project developed with the Acesso Livre group at the University of Brasilia. I created poetic audio descriptions for photographs of Brasilia that were part of the exhibition Fragmentos de Utopia, by photographer Nick El-moor, curated by Patrícia El-moor. Here are examples to show how accessibility can also be an art (Portuguese only).

Team Building Template on Miro

I've created and shared the So it's Christmas template for team building activities over the Christmas period. The template has 10 different activities, each hidden behind a present under the Christmas tree. The scenario is interactive and becomes part of the dynamics. Initially, I created it for the team I was working with, and with their feedback, I decided to share it with the community. Clicking here will open the template page on Miroverse.
